Jeff Koblentz
CEO
Jeff Koblentz is the chief executive officer of Robertson Properties Group. In this role, Jeff is responsible for overseeing all facets of RPG’s business. Jeff came to RPG from Lazard Freres in New York, where he was a vice president in the real estate private equity group. Prior to Lazard, Jeff was a manager in the real estate consulting practice at Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles. He served on the board of directors for The Wonder of Reading and was the organization’s chief financial officer. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
Lilian Hanna
COO
Lilian Hanna is chief operating officer of Robertson Properties Group. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing operations and shaping and implementing strategy for RPG. Prior to joining RPG, Lilian served as managing principal of a Los Angeles-based development firm and as senior vice president and general counsel for a private real estate investment company with a portfolio focused on Class A office assets in core markets throughout the country. She started her career as a corporate attorney at the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Lilian graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts degree and went on to earn her juris doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law School. She is currently admitted to the practice of law in California.
Gisselle Kelley
CFO
Gisselle Kelley is chief financial officer of Robertson Properties Group. She is responsible for RPG’s strategy and financial performance. Gisselle came to RPG from Jones Lang LaSalle where she was executive vice president and finance director for the west region. Prior to JLL, she was the west regional controller for Grubb & Ellis. Gisselle started her career at PriceWaterhouse, where she was a senior tax consultant for the International Taxation Group, supporting US companies doing business in Latin America. She holds a masters degree in accounting from the University of Uruguay in Montevideo.
