Jeff Koblentz

President and Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Koblentz serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Robertson Properties Group. In this role, he is responsible for all facets of RPG operations including the firm’s strategic direction and oversight of acquisitions, development, leasing, property management, and accounting and finance. Jeff joined RPG in 2003 as Vice President – Finance and Real Estate Operations, was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2005, Chief Operating Officer in 2008, and President in 2012. During his tenure, RPG has focused on building a world-class real estate company with human development at its core.

In addition to his role at Robertson Properties Group, Jeff also serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Decurion, RPG’s parent company. He was instrumental in developing Decurion’s senior living offering, Hollybrook Senior Living, and currently oversees the company’s operations as it looks to develop a business model of exceptional affordable care.

Jeff came to Robertson Properties Group from Lazard Freres in New York. As a Vice President in the real estate private equity group, he oversaw $800 million of fund investments in three portfolio companies. Prior to Lazard, Jeff was a Manager in the real estate consulting practice at Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles where he performed assignments throughout North America and Europe. He also served on the board of directors for The Wonder of Reading and was the organization’s Chief Financial Officer.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
